WELCOME & HOURS

The Health Office is located to the left of the Main Office. Hours are 8:10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday during the school year. We welcome you to call the office or stop in anytime to discuss your child’s health care needs or if you have any questions.

Medications

Please click this link for access to medication paperwork for both daily medications and emergency medications: Parent Forms.

If your child requires an EpiPen, Inhaler, or a Daily Medication, an order and consent form is required to be filled out by you and your physician that will remain on file in the Health Office for the current school year. All medications must be brought to school by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult designee, never with the child.
